Refund policy

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) in addition to Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@maxyieldbins.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damages and issues

All orders will be automatically enrolling in Route Package Protection. Route is a shipping insurance company that offers complete protection for Max Yield Bins Inc. shipments and orders to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise. You may opt-out of Route, but please note that if you do so, Max Yield Bins Inc. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
