Product description

The Boomr Bag is a sterile bulk mushroom substrate formulated by mycologists to increase the yield of your grow. It features a proprietary blend of composted horse manure, coco coir, and several quality substrate supplements (although the exact blend a secret!) Over several years, it has been perfected for dung-loving mushroom species and is widely-trusted by mushroom growers. 

Substrate is hydrated to field capacity.

Boomr Bags should be stored at room temperature out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration is necessary. They can also be stored for several months before use.

Boomr Bags are sterilized in a commercial-grade autoclave. Sterility is verified using biological indicators and temperature sensors.

Best Practices:

  • We recommend clean hands and latex gloves when using Boomr Bag to reduce the introduction of contaminants.
  • Be sure to mix colonized grain spawn thoroughly into your substrate. 
  • It is best practice to wait a minimum of 1 week after arrival before using sterile substrates to ensure they were not compromised during transit. Rest assured that your purchase is 100% guaranteed. If your substrate was compromised, we will replace it.

Fast Shipping and quick customer service keep Max Yield Bin on my radar as I expend my business

So I ordered a max yield bin and when I received it,there had been some damage to the lid during shipping. I contacted customer service and sent a few pictures and within a week I had a new bin on the way. It arrived perfectly fine. I still can't rate the actual product yet but the customer service is great.

Got two sets of bins with the full setup of extras. One of the lids cracked in long shipment to the US, which they promptly replaced. The bins are good, sturdy quality and look great, so they must have withstood a beating during shipment to crack a lid. The next one arrived without issues in perfect condition.
